What is the Detail-Clean Rotation System?
This is a unique professional cleaning system that divides your space into areas that are cleaned more deeply than a regular clean. On our first visit, we will pay special attention to cleaning your kitchen and bathroom, while the rest of the space is given a standard clean. On our second visit, we detail-clean your bedrooms and living spaces, and the rest of your home is given a standard clean. Every time we visit, your entire home will be cleaned – Some areas will just be given more attention.
How much does this service cost?
It all depends on the size of your home and how many times per week you require a cleaning service.
You can provide us with this information to receive a same-day quote or, if you would like a deep cleaning, contact us so we can do a preliminary inspection before quoting you.
Why is the first cleaning more expensive?
Once we’ve cleaned your home the first time, subsequent cleaning will be easier because the home was recently cleaned. For homes that haven’t been recently cleaned, it will take more time and effort the first time.
Can you fit into my schedule?
Definitely! We offer part-time, full-time, live-in and live-out maids. Whatever suits your schedule, we’ll make it happen.
Will my Bangkok maid be able to speak English?
Some of our maids can speak English. If you have problems communicating, our administration team will be able to translate to ensure that you are satisfied with our service.
Are you insured?
Yes. If any incidents occur in your home, we have a resolution team that will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
How long does my cleaning service contract need to be?
You are able to hire maids for a once-time service, or request a 3 month contract. Please contact us for special requests and we will try to accommodate you.
Are your maids trustworthy?
Yes. We do extensive background checks and require copies of their IDs and fingerprints. We stand by the trustworthiness of our maids. In the unlikely event an incident occurs, please see our insurance section.
Will I have the same maid each time?
Yes. We like to provide consistent service, as well as make our clients feel safe. We feel the best way to do this is to send the same maid each time, except in cases of illness or leave.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your safety and the safety of our staff, we do not accept payments directly to our maids. You can deposit or transfer cash to our account.
Do I need to stay home for the cleaning?
No. most of our clients prefer to be out of the house while we clean. For your security, we do not allow maids to keep your key. Instead, we keep your key secure and only allow the maid access on days she is scheduled to clean.
What are the benefits of hiring a maid through a cleaning service?
Our biggest priority is your safety, and the security of your home. We ensure that all of our maids are thoroughly checked before hiring, and we have a dedicated admin team who will help resolve any issues.
